Will you create content to post or do I have to give that to you?

We will come up with content to post on your social media profiles. Once you hire us, we’ll spend time getting to know your business so that we can create personalised content that focuses on your niche and your target audience. We request that you keep us informed about upcoming events or other things going on with your business so that we can post about them and keep your followers online up to date.

Which social media platforms do you manage?

For now, we only manage social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Do you reply to enquiries made on the accounts you manage?

Absolutely! Customer service is an important aspect of social media management. We can’t keep those engaging with you hanging.

Do you respond to comments?

Yes! We respond to comments. It’s all part of customer service via social media, whether it’s liking a message or thanking someone for sharing.

Do I still have to post after hiring your agency?

No, you don’t have to. Social media management services are intended so that we can manage your social media accounts while you focus on what you do best: operating your business. However, if you wish to post, you are welcome to do so.

How frequently will you update our social media accounts?

There are various packages available, each with its own minimum posting schedule. The reason for this is because some people simply want their profiles to be active, while others want to intentionally expand their following and sell their products or services. The number of posts will be determined by your objectives. 

How will I know if your services are working after hiring you?

The objectives you set as part of your rationale for hiring us will let you know if it is working. For example, if you want to maintain an active presence on social media, your profiles will seem consistent. If you want to sell specific products and services, the rise in phone calls and queries will let you know it’s working (lead generation). 

Also, the timeline and amount of growth you will see are closely connected to your company and its market. Small enterprises in a very specialised market will see lower growth rates than large businesses in a larger market.

Do I need to have a website before using your services?

You do not need to have a website to use our services. The only thing that you need is a social media account (Facebook, Instagram or Twitter).

Do I have to give you my login information?

We do require login information for Instagram and Twitter. Except it is a personal Facebook profile, login information will not be required, as all you have to do is make us the admin or moderator of your page or group, which will allow us to post on your behalf.

Can I change my package at any time?

You can switch your package at any time, although changes in your account may take up to a week due to our work process.

Can I cancel at any time?

You may cancel your account at any time, though you may not be refunded if work is in progress. Once an account is cancelled, we will immediately stop posting on your social media accounts.

How long does it take to set up, and what is involved?

Setup may take up to 5 business days after we get all of the necessary information from you. Our setup process entails looking at your company, developing a concept, and compiling a pool of resources that we can utilise to make posts that are relevant to your needs and target audience.

When will you begin posting?

We will begin posting to your social media accounts after the setup is complete and we have received all of the necessary information from you.

How will we be in touch?

You will tell us the platform you prefer communicating with us on, whether Zoom, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.  

Do you charge a setup fee?

No, we do not charge a setup fee. We only advise that you think long-term with us as businesses need time to grow.
